Our Policy

SV CHROME POLICY

 

HOURS OF OPERATIONS

SV Chrome is an exquisite establishment with the exception of laundry and housekeeping which close at 6 p.m. daily. Housekeeping is done only once a day with laundry except on express which will incur an extra charge.

Our restaurant & bar are open until 10 p.m. daily but a snack menu is available until 3 a.m. daily. There is no room service from 10 p.m.

CHECK-IN: 2 p.m. If the room is available earlier on your arrival day we will do our best to accommodate you. If not, your luggage can be stored until the check-in time.

CHECK-OUT: 12 p.m. (noon). Late checkout is based on availability and will attract a fee of 50% of the room rate. Guests checking out after 6:00 pm will be charged for a full night.

 

PAYMENTS

Guests shall settle all room charges and taxes upon check-in and any outstanding consumption bills upon check out. An outstanding bill automatically locks a guest from accessing the room from 12:00pm until all bills are cleared.

 

ID REQUIREMENTS

A valid photo identification of the occupant(s) is required at check-in for security purposes. A valid ID includes: international passport, driver’s license, and national ID card. Foreign guests must present their passport or residence permit.

 

GUESTS

All guests are paying guests and accept to pay their bills on demand. Should there be a prolonged outstanding bill, SV Chrome will double lock the room until it is cleared. On double lock of the room the Guest bill continues until it is cleared. Note all damages caused by a Guest, e.g. spoilt linen/ broken door knobs/ cutlery/ flat screens/ beds etc. come with a charge to be paid by the Guest. Room service is free of charge.

 

SMOKING POLICY

All our rooms are smoke-free (no smoking) with drugs prohibited on the whole property. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area of the chill-out bar. A cleaning fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate will be charged to any guest found to be smoking in any room or non-smoking area. Pets are not allowed.

 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (STRICTLY)

  • Breakfast is served between 6am – 10.30am (MONDAY – THURSDAY) and 6am –11am (FRIDAY – SUNDAY) 
  • SUITE : 2 adults + 2 children (under 17) in sofa bed
  • DELUXE : 2 adults + 2 children (under 17) in sofa bed
  • SMART : 2 adults
  • FAMILY ROOMS : 4 adults + 2 children (under 17) in sofa bed

 

PARTIES/ BRIDAL SHOWERS/ BACHELOR PARTIES/ GATHERINGS:

SV Chrome has a strict “No party policy on all guest floors”. All meetings and the above will be held in the main Restaurant which can host a maximum of 50pax or the outdoor pool bar which can host a maximum of 100pax.

 

NOISE

SV Chrome enjoys a quiet and relaxing environment. If there is a noise complaint, SV Chrome will issue a warning to the Guest. If there is a second complaint, everyone but the registered guest will be required to vacate the room. If there is a third complaint, the registered Guest will be evicted from SV Chrome with no refund.

 

SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES AND VALUABLES

Any valuable’s left in your car or inside the property are left at your own risk. The door to your room must be closed at all times and the safe provided should be used to store your valuables. SV Chrome will take no responsibility for any loss, damage or consequential losses due to theft or any other security related incident caused.

All room keys must be dropped at the reception every time you move out. Failure to comply will lead to a charge.
